Fruit Slide

 

 

Ingredients 

1 tbsp Honey

½ tbsp Ginger (grated)

1 cup Carrots(grated)

⅔ cup Yogurt 

1 cup Mangoes (frozen)

1 cup Bananas (frozen)

 

Equipment Used 

• 1 Blender

• 1 set of measuring spoons

• 1 Measure cup

• 1 Ice cream scoop

• 1 Cutting board 

• 1 Grater

• 1 Paring knife

• 1 Loaf pan

 

 

Method

1. Chill loaf pan in refrigerator for 30 minutes 

2. Slice both mangoes and bananas.  Place in a ziplock bag and place in the freezer.Freeze bananas and mangoes for 1 hour before blending.  

3. Grater carrot and ginger.

4. Place all vegetable and fruits in blender, blend for 2 minutes and add plain yogurt and honey.

5. Pour mixture into chilled loaf pan and evenly spread.

6. Chilled for 4 hours or overnight.
