This is an annual camp is focused on increasing the knowledge of primary and secondary school students on nutrition, healthy meal planning, the importance of physical activity, farming and other social skills.

INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COUNSELLING
We have nurses and nutritionists who volunteer at our association every workday, providing counselling services to all of our members. Regular appointments can be made for check-ups every 3 months
Help a child with Type 1 Diabetes live a longer, healthier and happier life. Although the Ministry of Health provides some medications and supplies, parents still have to pay for additional equipment, supplies and other services to help their child effectively manage and control diabetes. To lighten this financial burden, we embarked upon an initiative called " Sponser-A-Child with Diabetes" since 2012.
We offer the following health checks at our office every week day
Hemoglobin A1c (Takes an average of the blood sugars over the past 3 months. Is used to identify potential diabetes and pre-diabetes)

Participants will benefit from educational information on Diabetes, advocacy, trouble-shooting, assistance with supplies and will be able to share their experiences and learn from others.
